hello, welcome.

i invite you all to take a couple rounds of intentional breath with me.

you’re welcome to close your eyes,

sit up a little straighter,

notice your body,

relax your shoulders,

feel your chest rise and fall.

thank you for taking a moment to be present with yourself, to notice the gift of breath, and for being with us, here today, as we celebrate the life of my brother Trent.

this pain swells up inside of my chest, so tightly, when i think of a life moving forward without my brother in it.

my mind races with all of the moments he wont be here for.
